Orangetheory Fitness is a trendsetting franchise fitness organization with 1,000+ locations open in the US and hundreds of studios open globally with so many more coming. We are currently seeking qualified and motivated Sales and Operations Specialists at our studio in Royal Palm Beach.

 

We do not “sell” anything at Orangetheory Fitness, we share an experience. We introduce people who are looking to better themselves to a science-backed, technology-tracked, coach-inspired fitness program designed to give our members More Life with every workout. It doesn’t get better than that!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Sales & Operations Specialists will have an opportunity to either run all "front of house” fitness studio operations including class check-in, studio upkeep, customer service and more or owning the sales component of the business including first time guest experiences, telephone inquiries and outbound phone calls. It is possible to do both in the same position for the right candidate. Ideal candidate has strong customer service skills and/or strong sales experience. The sales specialist roles are responsible for meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for the fitness studio, including package offerings, membership sales, membership renewals, retail and concession sales. The Operations specialist is responsible for maximizing workout traffic, retail sales and overall customer service management. Sales Specialist • Establishes and maintains an effective referral program • Maintains accurate records using established OTF sales systems. • Conducts telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls • Leads OTF studio previews with prospects and/or fitness program holders • Greets members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance into the OTF studio • Must be able to participate in 1-2 OTF scheduled workouts per week • Responsible for processing accurate cash and credit card transactions • Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients • Proper on-boarding all OTF clients through the use of Client Intake Forms and FP Agreements • Works closely with Fitness Team to ensure that processes are fulfilled • Responsible for attending and participating in all relative OTF training programs Operations Specialist • Maintains an organized and clean lobby/front desk area • Responsible for member care calls • Responsible for maximizing studio utilization by creating touchpoints with all members • Accurately follow the daily studio cleaning checklist ( pre/during/post ) shift activities • Greets members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance into the OTF studio • Must be able to participate in 1-2 OTF scheduled workouts per week • Responds immediately to member requests, inquiries and concerns. • Responsible for processing accurate cash and credit card transactions • Works closely with Fitness Team to ensure that processes are fulfilled • Responsible for attending and participating in all relative OTF training programs JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent customer service skills 1-2 years previous sales experience, with strong sales skills (preferred not required) Staff management experience Solid verbal and written communication skills required Ability to multi-task is a benefit to successfully perform duties. Must have worked in a quota bearing structure Functional computer skills required – Excel a plus Health & Fitness minded people strongly preferred High school diploma required. Excellent sales, communication and customer service skills. Ability to work and function in an ORANGE TEAM environment (Orange is more than a just a color, it’s an attitude) Must be flexible to work day, evening and/or weekend hours as needed
