The Marketing Director will effectively lead multiple projects and will be responsible for not only translating marketing objectives into broad social campaign and overall brand strategies, but also be tasked with proficiently managing campaigns throughout all phases of the project — from consumer understanding to idea development and execution.  Ultimately, this role will also ensure our company web presence is aligned with our marketing strategies. 

The Regional Marketing Director will be responsible ….


·       Understand and effectively communicate corporate marketing promotions and materials, communicate to Regional and studio level managers.

·       Ensure all data and guides from corporate is accurate and up to date

·       Ensure compliance with corporate marketing direction and rules for execution

·       Manage any agency partners (if applicable)

·       Create monthly, quarterly and annualized plan and implement marketing/media spend

·       Create new-studio playbook for launching new locations or reviving purchased markets

·       Track studio and market level budgets

·       Evaluate effectiveness of marketing efforts and collaborate with KSA CEO on channel/market efficiency

·       Provide studio level support for struggling studios

·       Attend marketing summits, market visits, and leadership meetings regularly

·       Oversee co-op paperwork and aid in accuracy with legal on specifications

·       Attend meetings and events as needed that may be outside standard business hours

·       Oversee a team, set goals, evaluate performance and drive the business forward

·       Constantly stay on top of new opportunities to test and explore 

·       Oversee all paid social management of current and future locations

·       Organize market level paid social media strategy, incorporating studio level needs and corporate initiatives

·       Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences; keep a pulse on competitors in the space and their implemented tactics

·       Design and implement paid social media strategy to align with business goals

·       Set specific objectives and reports on ROI

·       Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews

·       Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness

·       Provide weekly/bi-weekly performance reporting and recommendations for adjusting campaign as needed based on deliverables

·       Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

·       Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor





·       Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Advertising; or equivalent work experience

·       3-5+ years of experience in online advertising, specifically with paid social media (facebook, Instagram, etc) and/or regional marketing

·       3-5 years’ experience with set-up, execution and management of social media lead generation ad campaigns (must provide examples)

·       Experience working with Facebook Business Suite

·       Knowledge and understanding of paid vs organic social media strategy

·       Budget management experience including managing $10k+ per month on facebook/instagram

·       Experience in channels such as, but not limited to, social, display, and traditional

·       Proficient in MS office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

·       Highly motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed expectations

·       Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet aggressive goals/deadlines 

·       Understanding of integrated marketing communications and the digital media landscape 

·       Must be willing to work outside of normal business hours as needs arise, attending meetings and/or aiding in social marketing efforts as needed

·       Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices

Exemption/Expected Hours of Work:  This is an exempt, salary position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 p.m. This position may be required to work long hours and weekend on occasion depending on business needs.
