Each workout is designed for global scalability, is extensively tested throughout the network prior to delivery, and is created to accommodate a wide range of athletic abilities and varied studio sizes.

Motivating members is an important responsibility of OTF coaches. To elicit superior results, Orangetheory workouts must challenge the clients while leaving them feel personally successful. It is imperative Fitness Coaches are able to not only execute the template successfully but must also be able to establish an emotional connection with members. Without proper motivation, members may potentially become discouraged and ultimately discontinue their memberships. A good coach can help members build the self-efficacy that will help establish Orangetheory as a permanent component in their daily life.

  • Team player that steps up when needed and is willing to help all staff, including coaches
